How flower delivery works

Kyoto Flowers is a flower shop in Belgrade, at Takovska 13. We make each bouquet once and photograph it as soon as it is finished, so the site shows the exact bouquet that arrives at the door.

Pick a bouquet, add it to the cart and enter the date, delivery window and address. Delivery is free, and we can bring the bouquet within an hour. A card with your message comes with it.

If you do not know the exact address or when the recipient is at home, switch on the option to agree it with the recipient: we call them and arrange it ourselves.

How fast does the bouquet arrive?

We can deliver a bouquet within an hour. In the order you choose a one-hour window between 09:00 and 20:00; traffic can delay it by up to one hour.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is free. The price shown for a bouquet is the full price, with no extra charges.

Where do you deliver?

To addresses in Belgrade that can be reached from Takovska 13 by public transport in about 40 minutes: the city centre and Dorćol, Vračar, Savski venac, Zvezdara, Voždovac as far as Banjica, Banovo brdo, central Novi Beograd and the centre of Zemun. For other addresses, message us before ordering.

How can I pay?

In cash on delivery, by bank transfer or with PayPal.

Will I get the exact bouquet in the photo?

Yes. Each bouquet is made once and the photo shows that very bouquet. When it is sold, it disappears from the site.

Can I add a card?

Yes. Switch on the card in the cart and write your message; we bring it with the bouquet.
